Hi, I’m Alyse Parise
I’m a psychotherapist and life coach with over 30 years of experience helping women design the next best chapter of their lives.
My mission is to bring healing to the world through self-compassion and creativity so that women can make more empowering choices.
Together we can tap into your innate wisdom, creativity, and vitality so you can confidently embrace mid-life and beyond and thrive as your most authentic self.

My Story
As a therapist, I have come to understand the importance of creativity in self-expression and personal growth. Over the years, I have encountered many women who have lost touch with their creative spirit, often due to a belief that they are not artistic or that it is too late to start. However, I firmly believe that it is never too late to tap into one’s creative potential.
